Craig Segura
PRESIDENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Craig Segura studied at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana earning an Economics degree.
Currently serving as President and Business Development lead, his background includes sales, business development, and commercial leadership for most of his 15+ years in Oil and Gas.
Craig’s experience includes the fields of storage and injection wells, distribution management, raw materials, machining and manufacturing, premium threading, and downhole completion accessories.
True to his South Louisiana heritage, he’s passionate about his family, cooks Cajun cuisine as often as possible, and works hard to support his team.
Charlie Mauldin
ENGINEER
Charlie grew up in West Texas and his involvement in upstream Oil and Gas spans over 50 years, dating back to his days working summers as a roughneck while attending college.
After completing his engineering degree at the University of Texas in Austin, he began his career in geotechnical engineering, later moving into many phases of subsurface exploration including hydrogeologic investigations for groundwater contamination as well as commercial water supply wells.
Charlie shifted his focus in 1996 into supplying CRA OCTG for various end users from small independent E&P’s to major corporations. Since many of the applications involved highly corrosive HTHP wells, he gained extensive experience in material selection for extreme environments and sourcing the required CRA’s.
For almost 30 years, Charlie has developed his knowledge of CRA requirements for many applications and has performed material selection and supply of OCTG for well installations associated with O&G E&P, Class VI CCUS, Class I Haz Waste, AGI and Geothermal.
Abhay Singh
CHIEF METALLURGIST & VICE PRESIDENT
Abhay is a Supply Chain Operations Excellence leader with technical expertise in metals manufacturing, production, project management and global supply chain management. After his Master’s in Materials & Metallurgical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2005, he has worked in Foundry, Forge, Steel mill, Heat treatment, Distribution and OEM learning and supporting the business.
In his role, he has been very active on API, NACE and ASM committees providing valuable feedback for material guidelines and requirements and help steel mills globally in understanding and meeting complicated requirements of the material standards.
He is passionate about problem solving and eager to help provide valuable support to the internal and external customers.
Steven Schmidt
SALES & OPERATION MANAGER
Steven Schmidt is the Sales Operations Manager at LMM, with a focus on customer service and order fulfillment. His highest priority is ensuring that every order with Legacy is a positive experience and reflects the true values of the company.
He is a University of Houston graduate with a degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management and nearly a decade of experience working in the Energy Industry.
Steven is also a passionate sports fan and enjoys supporting all Houston Athletic teams.
